A quick twist on a mango lassi, this two-ingredient smoothie is made with Yoplait® Greek 100 protein mango yogurt and fresh mango.
- 1 cup fresh or frozen (slightly thawed) mango pieces
- 1 cup (5.3 oz) Yoplait® Greek 100 protein mango yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1 In blender, place mango, yogurt and milk. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
- 2 Pour into glass, and sprinkle with cardamom. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
