- 1 cup Yoplait® plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped drained capers
- 2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill or thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill or thyme, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
- Assorted dippers (such as carrots sticks, zucchini strips, bias-sliced yellow summer squash, fresh pea pods, and sweet pepper strips)
- 1 In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, sour cream, capers, dill or thyme, and lemon peel.
- 2 To serve, stir dip; if desired, garnish with additional lemon peel and fresh dill or thyme. Serve with dippers.
