This chia pudding is a fun take on birthday cake! You’re probably thinking what? huh? how?
First of all I did not use cake mix or anything fake or gluten and junk filled! The sprinkles, however are not ‘Real Food’ oriented or paleo and are totally optional, yet so fun! I used these ones cause they were colorful, but I also love and recommend this natural dye organic brand
- 1 + ½ cup coconut milk (I like So Delicious)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp.maca
- 4 tbsp. maple syrup
- 4 tbsp. chia seeds
- pinch of salt
- Optional: organic sprinkles
- Place all the ingredients into a mason jar, shake, and place in fridge to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with sprinkles or mini chocolate chips! Serve and enjoy!
